DocMap is free for anyone looking for care. You only pay your clinician or clinic directly for consultation or treatment.

  • Browse practitioners, compare profiles, and book appointments
  • No DocMap platform fees, subscriptions, or booking charges
  • Vera and DocMap Search on WhatsApp are free to use
  • Appointment fees are agreed with your provider — DocMap does not process patient payments
  • Cancellation terms are between you and your provider; DocMap does not charge patients cancellation fees

Booking fees

How booking fees work

When you list free, DocMap charges a commission only for confirmed new patient referrals — never a subscription.

  • Commission applies only to first-time patients referred to your practice through DocMap
  • Calculated as a percentage of the appointment fee recorded for that referral
  • The rate and amount for each referral appear on your dashboard and monthly invoice before payment is due
  • When a patient cancels, no referral commission is charged for that appointment
  • Refunds may apply where a referred patient does not attend and your clinic levied no charge — see billing policy
  • 15-day grace period on invoices before late penalties
