How we measure the figures on this site
Every number on the DocMap Suite page is either on a public post you can open, or a dated export from our own monitoring. This page describes the second kind — and the limits of both.

TikTok library (@docmap)
We export the full @docmap video library from our intelligence tooling. Totals below are summed across every post in that export — not live counters on TikTok.

Per-post views, saves, shares and comments are on each public TikTok URL. The video count on the @docmap profile should match our library size when both are checked on the same day.
Appointment availability sampling
For one consultant engagement we recorded publicly listed appointment slots at a hospital up to three times per day, then compared how slots cleared at fixed horizons (21, 14, 7, 3 and 2 days out) before and after the marketing work.

A slot that disappears is a proxy only — it may be a booking, an admin change or a reschedule. Public pages do not show telephone bookings, referrals or insurer-only pathways.
What we do not claim to measure
We do not guarantee enquiries, bookings, search rank or revenue. Platform algorithms, competitor activity and your own availability change outcomes. We report directionally and say when a month did not move.
