She is the Lead for Menopause Services at St George’s and a British Menopause Society (BMS) accredited Menopause Specialist and BMS Principles and Practice Menopause Care Trainer. Alongside her expertise in menopause care, Ms Saha is part of the Gynaecological Diagnostic Team at St George’s, managing women referred through the Urgent Suspicion of Cancer Pathway. Her particular clinical interests include pelvic ultrasound and outpatient operative hysteroscopy. Ms Saha obtained her medical degree from the University of Cambridge and Imperial College London. She undertook her specialist training in Obstetrics and Gynaecology within the London Deanery (North-West), gaining extensive experience across major London teaching hospitals. She completed Advanced Training Specialist Modules (ATSMs) in Menopause, Early Pregnancy and Acute Gynaecology, and Advanced Labour Ward Practice. As part of her leadership role, Ms Saha was a key member of the working group that developed the South West London Menopause and HRT Guidelines (2022) and is currently part of the working group updating the guideline. She runs an NHS Menopause Service at St George’s, providing high-quality, individualised care to women experiencing both routine and complex menopause-related concerns such as premature ovarian insufficiency, surgical menopause and menopause after cancer. She also helped establish the first regional joint Lupus-Menopause Clinic, offering specialised care for women with autoimmune conditions. Ms Saha is also a trainer for the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists (RCOG) Menopause Care Specialist Interest Training Module (SITM) and serves as the RCOG Regional Preceptor for the Menopause Care Module in South London, supporting the development of future menopause specialists. She regularly delivers educational sessions to both primary and secondary care clinicians on menopause management, HRT prescribing and monitoring, and the investigation of unscheduled bleeding on HRT. Her dedication to clinical excellence is reflected in her ongoing involvement in service improvement, research, and education.
