Dietitian
Talia opened the Talia Cecchele Nutrition (TCN) Clinic in 2021 and leads a team of specialist eating disorder dietitians whilst also supporting clients through 1:1 nutrition counselling, her Rule Breaker Program, webinars and meal support services.
Talia has spent over 12 years supporting people as a registered dietitian and it was by chance that she fell into the specialist area of eating disorders. She has worked with hundreds of women and men to help them reverse the negative influence diet culture, nutrition misconceptions and fad diets have had on their relationship with food.
Talia has worked on eating disorder inpatient and day patient units in both the public and private settings in the UK and Australia. She has also worked in NSW Health and NHS outpatient eating disorder services within this time, so has experience supporting people across the spectrum of inpatient through to outpatient settings which gives her a broad knowledge and skillset to be able to adapt her treatment approach to meet the needs of the people she is working with. Talia most recently worked part-time in the NHS as an Advanced Dietetic Practitioner in a CAMHS intensive community treatment ED service and as the Therapy Lead for Eating Disorders in a Specialist Eating Disorders Unit. In November 2025, she decided to dedicate 100% of her time to the TCN Clinic.
Talia offers a compassionate, empathetic and realistic approach to nutrition and her clinic team share this in common.
