About

I’m a Registered Dietitian and Nutritionist with over 12 years experience who supports people to improve their relationship with food, feel better in their body, and manage a wide range of nutrition concerns.

I use realistic, psychologically informed, evidence-based strategies, always offering a safe, non-judgemental space.

My service provides support for:

  • Eating disorders: Anorexia Nervosa, Bulimia Nervosa, Binge Eating Disorder, ARFID, OSFED.

  • Disordered eating: Emotional eating, binge eating, food freedom and Intuitive Eating.

  • A variety of nutritional issues through a food freedom lens e.g. IBS, PCOS, high cholesterol, vegan and vegetarian diets, sports nutrition, fertility.

My approach is compassionate, person-centred, weight-inclusive, and rooted in evidence. You are the expert of your own life we’re here to walk alongside you, guiding and empowering you on your journey.

If you’d like to explore whether we’re the right fit for you, I offer a free, no-pressure 15-minute discovery call. I’d love to chat with you.

I also provide talks, workshops, and workplace wellness support for businesses, and I debunk nutrition myths and provide tips to help with your relationship with food on my instagram @dieteticallyspeaking in my newsletter.
