Hi, I’m Kate Hilton, a Registered Dietitian and founder of Diets Debunked. Since 2021, I’ve had the privilege of helping hundreds of clients improve their health through tailored dietetic support. In addition to practical advice, I focus on helping you understand the psychology behind the decisions you make around food. During our weekly one-to-one sessions, we’ll work together to create long-term, sustainable changes that feel natural and achievable for you.
