I’m a registered dietitian and a member of the British Dietetic Association and Health Professions Council. I completed my Nutrition and Dietetics degree at Kings College London in 2005 and has since worked in both hospitals and outpatient clinic settings. Between 2006 and 2008, I worked as a Community Dietitian in South West Essex, responsible for setting up a successful Weight Management Programme across the borough. From 2008 until 2024, I worked in the borough of Barnet as a Specialist Dietitian with a focus on Type 2 Diabetes and Weight Management. I now offer private consultations in Temple Fortune (NW11), Stamford Hill (N16) and Radlett (WD7), as well as virtual consultations. I provide a completely personalised nutritional assessment and will tailor all advice and support to your needs.
