Dietitian
I am Gabrielle, a specialist neurogastroenterology dietitian with a breadth of experience across gastroenterology conditions like IBS, SIBO, IBD and Coeliac disease, as well as having an interest in women’s health, lipid and metabolic health. Neurogastroenterology dietitians are specialists in digestive issues arising from a change in the communication between the gut and the brain (often referred to as the gut-brain axis). Digestive problems can include bloating, abdominal pain, reflux, constipation and diarrhoea.
I am frequently praised for my compassionate and holistic approach to client care and am skilled at tailoring bespoke nutritional plans for each client’s circumstances and needs. As a passionate advocate for improving nutritional health for all individuals she supports, my goal is always to help the client achieve symptom relief, a better quality of life, and food freedom.
I am an accredited BDA Work Place Ready dietitian and enjoy delivering workplace wellbeing workshops to provide evidence-based nutritional advice to the broader public and improve employees’ health, morale and performance. I have also been featured in leading newspapers, like the Sunday Telegraph, advising on balancing social eating with health goals.
I have worked at a world-leading hospital in London, where I remain highly skilled and current on the latest evidence. I am a guest lecturer at King’s College London and frequently provide nutritional training to doctors, GPs, nurses, and other allied healthcare professionals.
