Aleks, a HCPC Registered Dietitian, has over 8 years of experience specializing in nutrition and dietetics, with a strong focus on IBS, digestive health, and disordered eating. As the Founder of The Digital Dietitian, a remote dietetic clinic, she is dedicated to helping individuals regain control of their gut health and build healthier relationships with food. Aleks has an extensive professional background, having worked as a Primary Care Dietitian and Specialist Eating Disorder Dietitian at the Priory Group, and most recently as a Locum Dietitian at Hywel Dda University Health Board. Her academic achievements include a BSc (Hons) in Dietetics from the Medical University of Warsaw and a MSc in Clinical Nutrition from the University of Roehampton, London. Aleks is highly qualified in her field, holding certifications in: - The Low FODMAP Diet for IBS and Management of Disordered Eating in Gastrointestinal Disorders from Monash University, - Eating Disorders Course for Dietitians from Leeds Beckett University, and -CBT-E for Eating Disorders through The Centre for Research on Eating Disorders at Oxford. She also maintains a strong foundation in mental health, fitness, and holistic care, reflected in her additional qualifications, including a Level 2 Fitness Instructor certification and a course on mental health and learning disabilities from the British Dietetic Association.
