I have worked in the NHS since 2015 across a variety of mental health settings, including both community and inpatient environments, supporting individuals with a wide range of psychological difficulties. I’ve had the privilege of working with people from diverse ages and backgrounds, helping them navigate distressing experiences and build resilience.
My approach is to help you understand the challenges you’re facing, process difficult thoughts and emotions, and equip you with practical tools to manage these experiences effectively. Together, we’ll work toward creating meaningful and lasting change.
I draw on a range of psychological approaches tailored to your needs, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). I also take into account how systems around us—such as work, family, and relationships—can influence how we feel about ourselves and the world.
I believe that a strong, positive therapeutic relationship is essential for meaningful progress. My aim is to work in a person-centred, flexible way that meets your unique needs and goals.
I am fully registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) and the British Psychological Society (BPS).
