Dietitian

I’m Sarah, a registered dietitian and Lead Clinical Specialist in Eating Disorders within the NHS. I specialise in the treatment of eating disorders, disordered eating, ARFID, hypothalamic amenorrhea, and trauma-linked or neurodivergent eating challenges across children, adolescents, and adults.
My practice centres on helping people rebuild a nourishing, trusting relationship with food—especially those living with food fear, confusion, or long-standing patterns of restriction, overwhelm, or shame. My approach is trauma-informed, weight-inclusive, and grounded in Intuitive Eating, IFS, DBT skills, and body image healing.
I also deliver prevention and early-intervention work in primary and secondary schools, supporting teachers and safeguarding teams to recognise warning signs and respond effectively.
Lived experience shapes the compassion I bring to my work: I understand how overwhelming food and body struggles can feel, and I prioritise safety, collaboration, and achievable health behaviours for every client.
