Hi, I’m Georgie!
As a dietitian with a clinical background in complex gastro surgery, intestinal failure, multi-stage spinal and orthopaedic surgery, cardiology, metabolic health and weight management, I’m passionate about supporting individuals through key life transitions to build sustainable habits for long-term wellbeing.
My approach is rooted in evidence-based practice, but always tailored to the whole person. I consider not just what you eat, but underlying medical conditions, family history and how you eat, how you feel, how you move, sleep, think, and connect. I believe nutrition should support your life, not restrict it, and that true health includes feeling confident, nourished, and at ease in your body.
I support both women and men with a wide range of needs including pre- and post-operative optimisation, weight management, and metabolic health — covering diabetes prevention and cardiovascular wellbeing. I also specialise in managing digestive conditions such as IBD, Coeliac Disease, and digestive health challenges. For women, I bring a special interest in PCOS, endometriosis, and menopause, helping to navigate these complex hormonal transitions with evidence-based, personalised care.
My passion for women’s health is deeply personal. I’ve experienced first-hand the challenges of managing insulin resistance, PCOS, gut health issues and endometriosis. This has fuelled my commitment to helping others feel informed, empowered, and supported in their own journeys. I understand how overwhelming these conditions can be, and I’m here to simplify the science, bring clarity, and create a realistic path forward.
